The County Clerk's Office has many functions. Some of these inculde: voter registration and all election-related duties, maintains written certifications of oaths of office, maintains legal records and county records (i.e. miuntes of Fiscal Court meeting and Executive orders), preparation of county tax bills, collection of delinquent real estate taxes, issuance of marriage licenses and motor vechile title and license plates.
