Quarterly Withholding Forms

This form is filed quarterly and is due on the last day of the month following the close of each quarter. This is an occupational withholding tax and is paid on 1% of gross salaries, wages, commissions, and other compensation.

Net Profit Form ------------ -	This form is filed annually. The form must be filed on or before April 15th of each year or within 105 days of the close of the business fiscal year. This is strictly a "net profits" tax. We do not require a minimum tax. If the business shows a loss we do not collect any monies, if filed timely.
